What counts as an AI recording?
Booking and hosting meetings is always unlimited on every plan. An AI recording is used only when our AI bot joins a meeting to record, transcribe, and analyze the conversation — so plan limits apply to AI recordings, not to how many meetings you can book. The bot works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, giving you automatic summaries, action items, and insights.
How does the meeting recording work?
Our AI bot joins your meeting as a participant, records the video and audio, and transcribes everything in real-time. After the meeting, you get a searchable transcript, AI-generated summary, and extracted action items.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
We integrate with 10 CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Zoho CRM, Monday.com, Dynamics 365, Freshsales, Copper, and ActiveCampaign. Full bi-directional sync: contacts, meetings, and action items sync TO your CRM, plus we pull deals and activities FROM your CRM with AI deal stage suggestions.

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — two ways. The Basic plan is free forever with no card: unlimited scheduling plus 2 AI recordings so you can try the meeting intelligence. And every paid plan (Starter, Professional and Business) starts with a 12-month free trial on a new subscription: a card is required at checkout, the first charge happens only when the trial ends 12 months after subscribing, and if you cancel during the trial you are never charged. Switching plans on an existing subscription does not start a new trial.
How does per-user billing work?
Every paid plan is billed per user with no seat minimums — start solo and invite teammates anytime. Adding a teammate adds a prorated seat to your subscription automatically; removing one credits your next invoice. There is no seat cap on paid plans — each teammate is one billed seat. Contact us for Enterprise if you need custom terms, invoicing or a contractual SLA.
What's the difference between Professional and Business?
Professional adds the sales workflow: CRM sync, Zapier, Make and webhook automation, Slack notifications, payment collection, and email broadcasts and sequences. Business adds team coaching views, priority support and API access on top of everything in Professional. Both include the same 2 lifetime AI recordings as every other plan, and both can buy AI recording credit packs at any time.
