PepoSmart is billed per user: a 5-person team on Professional pays $47.50 a month and earns you $14.25 a month; the same team on Business pays $145 and earns you $43.50. There's no cap on how many customers you refer.
- When does commission start?
- With the customer's first payment. Starter, Professional and Business begin with a 12-month free trial on a new subscription, so a customer who subscribes through your link is attached to you straight away, but their first payment — and your first commission — comes when the trial ends. From then on you earn on every renewal, added seat and upgrade.
- How are referrals tracked?
- Your link sets a 30-day cookie on peposmart.com, which the PepoSmart app reads too. If the visitor starts a subscription within that window, on the website or straight in the app, they're credited to you for good, even though their first payment comes after the free trial. If several partners referred the same person, the last click wins.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Commissions become payable 30 days after the customer's payment (the refund window). Approved commissions are paid out monthly by PayPal, in USD, once your balance reaches $50.
- Do I need to be a PepoSmart customer?
- No. Anyone can join, though partners who use the product tend to write the most convincing recommendations, and the free plan includes unlimited booking pages and 2 AI recordings if you want to try it first.
- Can I refer clients I set PepoSmart up for?
