Every booking gets its own Zoom meeting, created automatically and delivered to both sides.
PepoSmart creates a unique Zoom meeting for each confirmed booking and attaches the link to the calendar invite and confirmation email. Cancelling the booking removes the Zoom meeting. Connecting Zoom also makes those meetings eligible for the AI notetaker.

Set Zoom as an event's location and PepoSmart creates a unique Zoom meeting for each booking — link generated, attached to the calendar invite, and included in the confirmation and reminder emails.

What Zoom does not do
The limits, stated up front rather than discovered later.
- Meeting length and participant limits are set by your Zoom plan, not by PepoSmart.
- If the notetaker is denied entry from a waiting room, the recording fails — though it does not consume your allowance.
