PepoSmart can collect payment during booking through your own connected Stripe or PayPal account. You set a price per event type, so free and paid events can sit on the same booking page, and the slot is only confirmed once payment succeeds. Payment collection is available on the Professional plan and above.

If your time is the product — consultations, coaching, tutoring, expert calls — PepoSmart collects payment as part of booking. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, set a price on the event, and invitees pay before the slot is confirmed. Payment collection is available on the Professional plan and above.
Because payment happens inside the booking flow, there is no separate invoice to chase and no payment link to paste into emails. Funds settle directly into your own Stripe or PayPal account — PepoSmart never holds them.

Frequently asked questions
Which plans include payment collection?+
Payment collection is available on Professional ($19/user/month), Business and Enterprise. It is not available on the Free or Starter plans. Scheduling itself, including unlimited free booking pages, is available on every plan.
Does PepoSmart take a cut of my payments?+
No. PepoSmart never holds your money — payments flow through your own connected Stripe or PayPal account under their standard processing fees, which those providers set and charge, not us.
How do refunds and cancellations work?+
Refunds are issued from your own Stripe or PayPal dashboard. Cancelling a booking in PepoSmart frees the calendar slot but does not automatically refund the payment, so decide your own refund policy and state it on the event.
Can some events be free and others paid?+
Yes. Pricing is set per event type, so a free 15-minute intro can sit next to a paid 60-minute consultation on the same booking page.
When is the slot actually reserved?+
The booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, so you'll never have an unpaid hold blocking your calendar.
