CRM Integrations
Ten CRMs, one behaviour: bookings create the contact, recorded meetings get logged, and approved action items become follow-up tasks.
PepoSmart connects to ten CRMs — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshsales, Copper, monday.com, ActiveCampaign and Close. Each does the same three things: looks up or creates the contact when someone books, logs the recorded meeting with its summary, and turns action items you approve into follow-up tasks.
| Available on | Professional, Business and Enterprise. |

| Requires | A CRM account and user permissions that allow a connected app or OAuth integration. |

CRMs are only as good as what gets entered — and after a long call, nobody enters anything. PepoSmart connects to ten CRMs so the record maintains itself: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshsales, Copper, monday.com, ActiveCampaign and Close. CRM integrations require the Professional plan or above.
Every integration does the same three things. When someone books, PepoSmart looks up the contact and creates it if it is missing. When a recorded meeting finishes, the meeting is logged against that record with its summary. And the action items AI extracted from the call become follow-up tasks — after you approve them. Deal-stage changes work the same way: PepoSmart recommends a stage from what it heard on the call, and nothing is written until you accept it.
What you can do with CRM Integrations
Contact lookup and creation
Booking invitees are matched to an existing CRM record by email, or created as a new one — no exports, no copy-paste.
Approved action items become tasks
Commitments detected in a recorded meeting become follow-up tasks on the CRM record once you approve them. PepoSmart does not write unreviewed AI output into your pipeline.
OAuth, encrypted, revocable
Each CRM connects through its own standard OAuth flow. Tokens are encrypted before storage, refreshed automatically, and you can disconnect at any time.
How it works
- 1
Connect your CRM
Authorise one of the ten supported CRMs from the integrations page. Requires the Professional plan or above.
- 2
Bookings sync contacts
People who book with you are matched or created in your CRM automatically.
- 3
Meetings are logged
Once a recorded meeting finishes, it is logged against the contact with its AI summary attached.
- 4
You approve what gets written
Action items become follow-up tasks and deal-stage changes are applied only after you review and accept them.

What CRM Integrations does not do
The limits, stated up front rather than discovered later.
- Deal-stage changes are recommendations. Nothing is written to a deal until you approve it.
- A write can fail if the CRM rejects it — a required custom field, a missing permission, or a rate limit. The meeting record in PepoSmart still holds everything, so you can retry.
- Salesforce API access and Dynamics 365 environment permissions often need an administrator to enable them.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRMs are supported?+
Ten: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshsales, Copper, monday.com, ActiveCampaign and Close. Each connects through its own standard OAuth flow, and CRM integrations require the Professional plan or above.
What exactly gets written to my CRM?+
Three things. The contact, looked up by email and created if it does not exist. The meeting, logged as an activity on that record with its AI summary. And follow-up tasks generated from the action items detected in the call — but only the ones you approve.
Does PepoSmart change my deal stages automatically?+
No, and this is deliberate. PepoSmart recommends a deal stage based on what it heard on the call — objections raised, buyer intent, next steps agreed — and shows you the recommendation. Nothing is written to the deal until you accept it. AI reading a transcript should not be able to move your pipeline on its own.
Do I need a paid CRM tier?+
You need a CRM account and user permissions that allow a connected app or OAuth integration. Which editions permit that differs by CRM — Salesforce API access and Dynamics 365 environment permissions are the two that most often need an administrator to enable them.
What happens if a sync fails?+
A write can fail if the CRM rejects it — a required custom field, a permission your user lacks, or a rate limit. The meeting record in PepoSmart still holds the summary and action items, so nothing is lost, and you can retry after fixing the cause in the CRM.
