A broadcast is a single email sent to a whole list at once: a product announcement, a newsletter issue, a promotion, a re-engagement note. Compose it, pick the list, send now or schedule for later — no separate email-marketing subscription required. Broadcasts are available on the Professional plan and above.
Because broadcasts live inside PepoSmart, your audience is already there: the people who book meetings with you become contacts. Note that a booking is not, by itself, marketing consent — you are responsible for having a lawful basis before sending marketing email to a booking contact. PepoSmart puts no ceiling on your send volume, but your own SMTP provider does, and its rate and daily limits are what actually apply.

What Broadcasts does not do
The limits, stated up front rather than discovered later.
- A booking is not marketing consent. Establishing a lawful basis for marketing email is your responsibility, not PepoSmart's.
- Deliverability depends on your sending domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and your own reputation. No one can guarantee inbox placement.
- PepoSmart does not do consent management, suppression-list imports, bounce classification or deliverability reporting.
- Open rates are an estimate, not a delivery receipt.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a send limit?+
PepoSmart does not impose one, but that is not the same as unlimited. You send through your own SMTP connection, so your provider's per-hour and per-day limits apply, and exceeding them will cause sends to fail or be throttled. Check your provider's limits before a large broadcast.
Can I email everyone who has booked with me?+
You can technically, but you should not assume you may. Someone booking a meeting with you is a business interaction, not marketing consent — and in the EU, UK and several other jurisdictions marketing email needs a lawful basis. PepoSmart does not record or verify consent on your behalf. Decide your own basis, keep your own records, and honour unsubscribes.
Do I need a separate email marketing tool?+
For broadcasts, sequences, templates, lists and open tracking, no — those are included. PepoSmart is not a full marketing-automation platform: it does not do consent management, suppression-list imports, bounce classification or deliverability reporting, so if you need those, keep a dedicated platform.
Where do the recipients come from?+
Your contacts — people who have booked with you — organised into mailing lists you control, plus anyone you import.
