- Taking payment at booking requires Professional — it is not on Free or Starter.
- The AI notetaker only works on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, so phone consultations cannot be recorded.
- We do not publish a no-show reduction figure for requiring payment up front; that would need a study we have not run.

Is there a free plan for individuals?+
Yes. The free plan includes unlimited event types and bookings, calendar sync, and automatic meeting links — plus a taste of AI meeting notes so you can see how the recordings and summaries work.
Can I charge for my sessions?+
Yes. Connect Stripe or PayPal and set a price on any event type. Invitees pay while booking, and the slot is not confirmed until the payment succeeds, so an abandoned checkout never holds your calendar. Payment collection requires the Professional plan. We do not publish a no-show figure — that would need an appointment-level study we have not run.
Do invitees need a PepoSmart account?+
No. Invitees just open your link, pick a time, and answer your booking questions. They get a calendar invite and reminders without signing up for anything.
