What PepoSmart does not do for large companies
- SSO and SAML are not available today. If your identity requirements are non-negotiable, PepoSmart is not a fit yet.
- PepoSmart does not currently publish a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or equivalent third-party security certification.
- There is no published uptime SLA outside an Enterprise contract.
- There is no data-residency option; there is no self-hosted deployment.
- The REST API covers scheduling resources only — there is no API for recordings, transcripts or coaching data.
Before you record: consent and compliance
We would rather lose a deal at the shortlist stage than during a security review. If your procurement process requires SSO, a third-party audit report, data residency or a contractual uptime SLA, PepoSmart does not meet those requirements today. Business covers most large teams: fair-use unlimited AI recordings (50 per user per month) and no seat cap — each teammate is one billed seat. Enterprise adds custom pricing, invoicing, a contractual SLA and a direct line to our team for rollout support.
How is our meeting data protected?+
Integration tokens and SMTP credentials are encrypted before storage, meeting-note access is permission-gated per member, and recordings are stored durably in cloud object storage under your control of who sees what.
Can we automate our own internal workflows?+
Yes. Webhooks and the Zapier integration emit events for bookings, cancellations, meeting notes, and follow-ups, so you can push data into internal tools without custom polling.
