Recording an interview is a decision with legal weight. Notice and consent requirements for recording candidates vary by jurisdiction and are the employer's responsibility, not PepoSmart's. Hiring decisions must be made by people: PepoSmart transcribes and summarises what was said, and deliberately does not score or rank candidates, because automated assessment of applicants carries discrimination and automated-decision-making risk that a notetaker has no business incurring. Have your own counsel review your recording, retention and access practices before you record candidates.
